Chad Crete

CHG Culinary Director and Managing Partner

Chad Crete has been working in the restaurant business his entire life. He attended the renowned Hotel School at Cornell University where he met Federico Castellucci cooking on the line at an upscale Italian restaurant in Ithaca, NY. Before coming to CHG, Chad spent time working for Lettuce Entertain You, Hillstone Restaurant Group, and China Grill Management.  Chad and Federico had always talked about opening up a restaurant concept together and one day that was realized when Federico called Chad in Las Vegas and asked him to join him in Atlanta to help create the restaurant that is now The Iberian Pig.  Most recently, Chad helped oversee the creation of the menu at Double Zero after travelling to Southern Italy with Federico and his father.

Chad continues to run the daily operations of The Iberian Pig as well as contribute to the overall culinary direction of both Sugo restaurants and Double Zero Napoletana. Chad looks forward to working with Federico and the rest of his family to grow Castellucci Hospitality Group into the forefront of Atlanta dining with one goal in mind: “Passionately pursuing the perfect dining experience one guest at a time.”
